Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted U.S. carriers, including but not limited to:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx

We will automatically select the most suitable carrier based on your shipping address and order details. Customers are currently unable to select a preferred shipping carrier.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is any delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $49
  • Orders below this amount will have shipping fees calculated at checkout

All applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • High shipping volumes

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, we will notify you and assist in resolving the issue.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

You can also track your order through our Order Tracking page.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Shipping Issues

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of the package and item(s).
We will review the case and offer a replacement or full refund if confirmed.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a suitable resolution.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional fees may apply for reshipment.

Shipping Delays & Order Cancellation

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing time, we will:

  • Notify you promptly via email
  • Provide an updated estimated shipping date
  • Offer you the option to cancel your order for a full refund

Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must be authorized in advance.
Please contact our customer service team at info@veyrasandals.com to request return instructions and the correct return address.

Packages sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
